Akasha from Queen of the Damned. She may not look exactly like Galaxia, but she does wear a head dress and gold. Vampires can also be compared to Animamates since they both take the "life force" of a person. Also Akasha's "Join me or die," line in the movie reminds me a lot of Galaxia.
Athena from Xena: Warrior Princess looks a lot like Galaxia, though I do not have any other information on her other than her picture. She has the gold outfit, the headdress and even a sword.
