Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune
In the Anime Sailor Saturn, Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune traveled to Galaxia's dimension to face off with the Golden Queen. Galaxia offered the four the chance to join her and live. Salior Saturn and Sailor Pluto instantly refused, but Uranus and Neptune asked Galaxia about it further. They were told that they could stay together for eternity if they joined her side. Pluto and Saturn stared in shock as the two accepted Galaxia's offer and received the golden bracelets.
Sailor Pluto and Sailor Saturn refused to fight their friends and allowed themselves to be killed by the two. Sailor Moon soon showed up just as Pluto and Saturn were fading away. She couldn't believe what had happened, and was convinced that the two were just pretending to get at Galaxia. Uranus and Neptune were really under Galaxia's power by then and attacked Sailor Moon.
All was not lost though, Uranus and Neptune were able to break free from Galaxia's power, and aimed their bracelets at the Golden Queen. They stood in shock when nothing happened from their attack. Galaxia took away their bracelets and the two died with their hands touching.
In the manga Neptune's attack is Galactica Violon Tide, and she does Galactica Planet Attack with the others. Violon is the French word for Violin. Uranus' attack is Galactica Space Turbulence, and she does Galactica Planet Attack with the others. Both of them were resurrected under Galaxia's power.

Her attack is Venus Love and Galactica Shock, and she does Galactica Planet Attack with the rest of the Soldiers.

Her attack is Jupiter Oak Evolution, and she does Galactica Planet Attack with the others.
Sailor Mars
Her attack is Mars Flame Sniper, and she does Galactica Planet Attack with the others.
Sailor Mercury
Her attack is Mercury Aqua Rhapsody, and she does Galactica Planet Attack with the others.
Sailor Pluto
Her attack is Chronos Typhoon, she does Galactica Cannon with Sailor Saturn. She also participates in Galactica Planet Attack with the others.
Sailor Saturn
Her attack is Galactica Glaive Surprise, she does Galactica Cannon with Sailor Pluto. She also participates in Galactica Planet Attack with the others.
Mamoru
He doesn't really seem to show an attack, but he is completely under Galaxia's control, and I do mean completely.
King Endymion
Galaxia gives him as a present to Beryl in exchange for her loyalty.
