In the anime, Galaxia's Lair was at Galaxy TV in sort of an "alternate" dimension. The floors and walls were transparent, space could be seen all around. The only furniture was Galaxia's golden throne, which was even slightly transparent its self. In order to get to this realm, one must go through a long hallway to an elevator which reads "out of order" but this is really only a ploy. If you have the card, you simply slide it and the doors open, from there the elevator takes you to the the Golden Queen.

Galaxy TV Studio's itself was much like a regular TV Studio. In the inside it had production rooms and an employee lounge. To the untrained eye it probably seemed like just a regular building -- the perfect hide out for an evil empire. The only thing that would really give them away was that bad things didn't start happening until the studio came into town.

Galaxia was the president of Galaxy TV and the Sailor Animamates were production managers. They all had Earth names and carried business cards around with them to conduct "interviews" with potential true star seed carriers.
