She appears in her Chaos/Galaxia outfit after Chaos completely possesses the Golden Queen. The uniform, however, almost looks exactly the same as the normal golden uniform, only with color differences.
Just like the regular anime outfit she wears a headdress. Her "Odango" style bangs are now a bright blood red color. Strips hang down from the sides with small dark blue diamond shapes hanging from the ends, black instead of the usual gold color. The normal yellow crystal piece in the center of the headdress is red, while the pieces around it that used to be red are a bluish-purple color. Her eyes switch from gold to yellow and her eye shadow has turned to a teal color.
Dark purple-blue pieces travel around her neck to form that of a choker.
The usual gold sailor collar is completely black.
Her shoulder pads are the same as before, only black with dark blue diamond pieces hanging off the end.
Her mid-section is full of black plates all connecting together. Her sailor crystal is now a deep red and surrounded by the same bluish-purple color.
Her "belt" has a "flower-like" piece in the middle and several other pieces which all connect together going around her waist.
Her boots are high heeled and go up to her knees, still black, and have pieces very similar to, once again, her shoulder pads.
One main difference between the normal Galaxia and the one completely possessed by Chaos is the bat-wings on her back.
