Galaxia only appears in her original outfit during brief flashbacks and she is never seen clearly. I will, however, do my best to explain it the best I can. Kakyuu is the one who tells about the "Legendary Soldier" and this is the outfit shown. Since Galaxia's flashback is different, this outfit is probably just to fool the viewers.

Her hair is down, unlike in her other outfits. It is unknown whether she has a tiara like the other sailor soldiers or not. We can assume she does, but that is about all.

Long gloves adorn her arms going all the way to her elbows where they meet with three pieces.

She has a large bow on the front of her oufit.

And another large bow in the back.

Her skirt is single-layered and much like the Earth-Soldiers in appearance.

The mid-section is the basic body suit like the other sailor soldiers.

Her shoulder pads are also the same basic three ring design.

Her feet are never shown, so there is no way of telling what type of footwear she has.
